Fine Drinks Limited is a leading drink delivery company in Kenya. It offers delivery for orders of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks placed by customers across different ordering platforms. These platform options are:

Deliveries of drinks within Nairobi and its environs are to be done within 35 minutes while deliveries outside Nairobi are expected to reach the customer within 24 hours after dispatch. Fine Drinks Limited is a legal enterprise and is recognized by the government of Kenya. Fine Drinks Limited is only involved in legal activities as dictated by the Kenyan law and shall not accept any illegal dealings.

- Fine Drinks Limited only deals with legitimate products from licensed importers, wholesalers, and retailers.

Fine Drinks Limited advocates for sober driving and shall not be held liable for drunk driving. Fine Drinks Limited's mission is to encourage drinking at home by simply ordering drinks and thus reducing the number of drunk driving incidents.
Order Cancellation and Delays
Customers are allowed to cancel within the first 10 minutes of placing the order through a call or notification to Fine Drinks Limited. The customer reserves the privilege to be notified in case there is a delay in delivery.
Delivery Charges
Fine Drinks Limited offers free delivery within Nairobi CBD and any area within 5 kilometers from Nairobi CBD. Customers ordering for deliveries to areas beyond 6 kilometers shall incur a delivery cost as agreed before dispatch.
Health Concerns
Alcohol and its health benefits or hazards is entirely the responsibility of the customers. Fine Drinks Limited will only offer information about the drink's quality with respect to age, tasting qualities, and not on the health effects that may result from drinking. Fine Drinks Limited prioritizes the well-being of its customers and calls for responsible drinking. Fine Drinks Limited ensures the legitimacy of the products within its marketplace by only working with licensed alcohol distributors and legal brands alone.
